Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from various warehouses around the country. All in stock items for 2-Day or Next Day orders processed by 3:00 PM CT will ship in 1 to 2 business days following credit card authorization and verification. All in stock Standard orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days following credit card authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling and packaging.
WebFaucets.com will ship internationally (Mexico, Central & South America, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.) Please contact us for shipping rate and lead times.
All packages are shipped signature required for fraud protection with insurance included in the charge. We are unable to provide insurance on packages sent with no signature required. Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. WebFaucets.com can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.
Ground Shipping:
All Faucets and Bathroom and Kitchen Accessories orders over $100 are Free Shipping via Ground Service within contiguous U.S. Orders will typically arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) following receipt of shipping confirmation email.
2-Day Shipping:
Orders placed with 2-Day Shipping arrive 2 to 3 business days following receipt of shipping confirmation email. Note: 2-Day Shipping items ordered on Thursday will typically arrive the following Monday or Tuesday. 2-Day Shipping items ordered on Friday will typically arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday. 2-Day Shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrives within 3-5 business days. 2-Day Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses. Please note that 2-Day shipping rates published online are for faucets and accessories only. Return Policy
Returns/Exchanges:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact a WebFaucets.com Sales and Customer Service Representative via e-mail info@webfaucets.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization. The merchandise must include original packaging and be in new condition. Returns must arrive to the fulfiller within 30 days of the original purchase date. When requesting a return, please provide the following information:
1. Order number
2. SKU/Model number and name/description
3. Reason for return
4. Your name and daytime phone number
5. Your e-mail address
RMA numbers must be written on the outside of all returned packages. Items returned without an RMA authoriztion and number will not be credited. You are solely responsible for risk of loss on all returned shipments.
Items can be returned within 30 days of the date the product was shipped and will be subject to 30% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. No products will be accepted for return more than 30 days after date of shipping. Special order items cannot be returned once they have shipped. Installed product cannot be returned for credit. Discontinued items by a manufacturer are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. All returns must be in "as-new" condition, and in the original packaging, complete with manuals, registration cards, and accessories. No returns accepted for Items without the manufacturer’s original box. All returns are inspected at our warehouse. If the item is determined to have been installed or used in any way, credit will not be given and the product can be returned to you at your cost. Please allow 15 business days for the processing of returned merchandise. Allow 20-40 days for processing of refund for damaged products occurred by UPS/FedEx or Truck Company.
Defective Returns: Defective returns must be arranged within 45 days from the date of product delivery. Defective returns are not subject to restocking fees. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LABOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ANY OF ITS PARTS.
Credit Card Refunds:
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
